Needs maintenance
The location is great near stores and trails. But the elevator is broken now for at least a month and the rent payment system is also not fixed. It's going downhill and new ownership is not a help.

Hi - I'm so sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations (or our standards) and we are diligently working on addressing the issue regarding the elevator. Schedules and plans are in action to get it fixed and we will have a message sent... out to the community very soon about the repair date.
