Keyless entry was very convenient, no sight of trash or any littering outside, hardwood floor on living space is nice. In unit washer and dryer and dish washer makes life much easier! You also get a welcome gift from leasing team.

I want to say i have been happy with all the staff. But Especially Cyomonne she has gone above and beyond to help me with some hiccups that needed to be fixed. Living here i have always felt safe and respected. I hope to see the same management around for years to come. As we have had a lot come and go through since i started living here 3 years ago. Thanks for everything Team Cascadia. Teamwork makes the dream work.

I enjoy living here because it’s quiet outside and lots of trees around the apartments. Good community with good people, employees. No garbage seen on the ground as well
