Seattle Renter's Handbook: Prospective tenants must receive the handbook and view the property prior to submitting a rental application.
Documents: All required documents must be uploaded as PDFs. Applications are not deemed complete until all documents are submitted.

Legally permitted attached ADU is located on the property. It has a separate, private entrance and is owner-occupied approximately 25% of the year. Water and sewer costs are split with the owner on a 75/25 basis, calculated per occupant.
