The space
This chill haven is less than 25 minutes to downtown. It is tucked away in the South Park neighborhood, walking distance to a local park, restaurants, convenience stores, a business park, school playground, and a dance studio. It's about a 10 minute drive to groceries, and nearby cities are White Center, Tukwila, Burien, and West Seattle. There is convenient access to major highways.

You are not renting the upper unit or the garage.
Other things to note
