Could be better
Great sized apartments for the price and great location if you work in the city. Nice appliances. Some apartments face the Space Needle. Also pet friendly. However, there are no amenities in this building (aside from a very small rooftop deck). Any amenities they claim to have are actually located in the apartment building a block away. That includes picking up packages. Doesn't seem bad until you have an over-sized or heavy package and it's raining out. The garage is shared with the hotel next... door. Someone tried to break into my car, along with many others. And don't even think of using the bike racks. You'll never see your bike again. There's only one elevator and the access reader breaks on it constantly. Even though the front door is secured access, people hold the door open and let any Joe Schmoe in, who can then enter the elevator and easily access the apartments, especially since no one sits at the front desk anymore ever since the management of the apartments next door took over. We've already had hotel guests and people off the street in our hallways. With the amount of transients in the area, this is not acceptable. The building is supposed to be smoke-free, but nobody seems to abide by it. There's no air conditioning, so opening the windows is necessary in the summer, but you can't open them without the smell of smoke filtering in. If you have a balcony, you're bound to find cigarette butts on it from neighbors above you. Management has been aware for months and has yet to address this issue. We're connected to the hotel next door. The biggest problem with that is they tend to set the fire system off a lot, which of course sets off our building. Very annoying. This building seems to be the ugly step-sister nobody wants. This place might be great for people who come from worse complexes, but to the many others who don't mind having a slightly smaller apartment for better amenities and management, I'd suggest not wasting your time here.
