Nice apartment in the quiet part of Ballard
I've been living at Arrive Belay for about a year now, it's a great property! No issues with noise or neighbors, very clean, everyone is nice and respectful. Sully managed my move in, it was very smooth! I got 8 weeks free and it really helped. Coleman is always nice and helpful with any questions or requests as well, they've got a good team that genuinely cares about every resident. Apartments are newly remodeled, all appliances are modern, in-unit washer and drier are really nice. It was a... must requirement for me.
Overall a very good experience and I recommend!

Great community!
The management does things like Pizza or taco night, hot cocoa bar, even breakfast sometimes and it's always a nice treat and a good way to meet your neighbors!

Home Sweet Home
This was one of the first properties I looked at when making my moving to the area and nothing else compared. My unit is great, and I love the designated parking. The property manager, Coleman is readily available for any and all questions.

I had an outstanding move-in experience at Arrive and Belay, and I cannot speak highly enough of the team, especially Coleman and Sully. From the moment I began the process, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They graciously accepted packages on my behalf long before I officially moved in and kept me informed with prompt updates on everything I needed to take care of prior to my arrival. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made this the most seamless and stress-free... move-in experience I've had in three countries.
