The teams here are great! Whether it’s the awesome maintenance team (shout out to Lance!), or the amazing leasing/office team, this place is great! Amenities are perfect for summer, neighbors aren’t noisy, all good!

Batik has very cozy and homey feels. Spacious apartment, big closets and nice sound-proofing. It has great amenities such as lounges, gym, game room, coffee machine and roof deck area.

Batik apartments are beautiful, clean, and feel safe. The office staff and maintenance crew are very pleasant and have met all needs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend living here.
