Convenient, easy and inexpensive!

Happy to provide a review for new owners that took over this summer. I have no complaints it's a super quiet building with nice studios. I've been here only a few months but allot of work has been done and the place is cleaned weekly. It's great to have all utilities included.

THE WORST EVER.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I SWEAR TO GOD IT'S LIKE THE WORST. THE LANDLORD IS A LAIR. HE WILL NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, GREEDY, HYPOCRITE AND IT'S NOT WORTH IT. YOU SHARE A BATHROOM WITH THE WHOLE FLOOR AND IT'S SO GROSS. THE INTERNET IS SOOO BAD I WOULDN'T CALL IT INTERNET. THERE IS NO HEATER AND YOU CAN'T SIT INSIDE IN THE SUMMER CUZ IT'S HOTTER THAN OUTSIDE.
