About Flow Eastlake Apartments

Flow Eastlake was thoughtfully designed to enhance the rhythm of your life and the vibrancy of the neighborhood. Our open floor plans create a welcoming space to relax, while the rooftop terrace offers the perfect spot to connect with neighbors and... take in stunning views. Just across the street, Lake Union invites you to explore its scenic beauty, whether by kayak or simply soaking in the waterfront atmosphere.

Beyond offering a comfortable home, Flow Eastlake is dedicated to enriching the community. Our newly designed Eastlake stair-climb provides a convenient connection between Lake Union and Eastlake Avenue, making it easier than ever to explore the best of the neighborhood.

We are also committed to improving the environment. For more than 50 years, rainwater runoff from I-5 has polluted Lake Union, but Flow Eastlake is helping to change that. We've installed a special biofiltration system to help clean a significant portion of this runoff, contributing to a healthier lake and a greener future.

At Flow Eastlake, everything is designed to move effortlessly—your lifestyle, your community, and even the environment around you.

Worst management

Every month is a new fiasco. Worst managed building I have ever lived in.

My experience

Beautiful place, but poorly managed. This is the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with. The terms of the contract changed on us three times after we paid the hold fee. First, the unit was almost given to someone else. Then, the lease duration was extended beyond what we had originally discussed. To top it off, they wanted to raise the rent just two weeks before move-in. An absolute nightmare!"
