Independent 3 Unit Building
The secret to living in this building is to not make waves. The property manager forgets you exist and doesn't add restrictions or raise rent. If you ask questions, try to get repairs done or ask for anything, prepare for a fight and rent increase. Their response is always they can evict you if you cause problems or they raise your rent so high you are forced to move.
The building is falling apart and a mess because of the lack of attention. We would move but the location is too perfect... for us. If you want a supportive management group, don't consider these apartments.
