DO NOT RENT HERE
(DO NOT RENT HERE!!.
I'm reviewing this because the new owners are screwing me out of last months rent, (even though it's in the lease,) they "lost" the pages with that part and are arguing that because they don't have that info they are requiring me to pay it along with late fees. After all of this I'm sure they will screw me out of my deposit. Two months ago the apartment two floors above me started to fall apart outside there are big blocks of cinder falling from the top floor. It broke my... personal property. The owners will not respond on the later issue it's scary and unsafe. There are homeless people who come into the apartment. My brand new bedding was stolen out of the dryer. Half of the time the dryers don't work. The carpet in the hallways is old and smelly. The quarter machine hasn't worked in about six months and I've had two packages stolen. A lot of the other people living here have had their packages stolen also. I complained about the missing packages and laundry and they put cameras in the building only they are pointed at the door instead of down the hallway rendering them useless. The only good thing about this place was Saron she is long gone. Since they sold the apartment complex, (6 mo ago) we have had three different apartment managers weird.

The Park at Northgate
The Park at Northgate is not what you expect to find from an apartment complex within Seattle city limits. Nestled within Northgate, it is walkable to Northgate Mall, a two story Target, PetCo, a 24 hour grocery store, various restaurants, and the Northgate transit center, with express buses (including late night!) straight to/from downtown, and multiple routes to the University of Washington, Seattle campus. At less than 4 miles from campus, it is also possible to bike. The complex is comprised... entirely of spacious 2 bedroom units with ample storage, real wood fireplace, dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit, large porch/balcony, designated parking space, and plenty of free street parking nearby for guests, all for a fraction of the price of what you may find in the U District, or Capitol Hill. The complex is very pet friendly, amenities include a heated pool, barbeque grills, and fitness room, and the grounds are always kept in impeccable condition. In over three years here, I have never had any conflicts with neighbors, any maintenance needed has been handled in a timely and professional manner, and the leasing office is incredibly friendly and spectacular. They always keep dog treats by the desk, and ask about my work, studies, and pet. Immediately next to the complex is Thornton Creek, with a protected beaver habitat, ducks, great blue heron, and other wildlife, and a few small trails running through. You will completely forget that you are in the city.
