Worst Apt in the City

Cockroaches, bed bugs, dirty common areas/other tenants don’t care about their fellow renters so they leave trash everywhere, loud neighbors, bad neighborhood, people always park in your spot, mold/mildew issues, nasty laundry room, elevator breaks every other month, key access is finicky, package deliveries fail half the time, surrounding buildings loud blasting Hispanic music out of their low riders, gang violence (my last night spent there heard 7 gunshots followed by ghetto chopper circling... for hours), dramatic neighbors constantly having loud domestic disputes (low income neighborhood so what do you expect), loud barking dogs, out of control screaming children, and their bright floodlights enter your windows… what more can I say? The affordability for more square footage is NOT worth it. Get a smaller place for the same price somewhere nicer.

RENTER BEWARE

The landlord changes constantly. It is INFESTED with cockroaches. People are noisy, dirty and all around rude. It was by far the worst place I've ever lived. It truly needs to be condemned. Things break constantly and the property is not taken care of. The 1 and only plus side is the space you get is large compared to the price you pay

The worse apartment to rent.

I swear, this apartment is nothing but dirty, stuff brakes so easily, they never fix it for you. The landlord is so rude, she only wants to have people that's from her country there, she told my family can't park at my parking places because its private places. The WORSE apartment I ever rented in my life.
