Not only is the office management incredibly friendly and helpful, but the maintenance team is fast to respond and very quick and thorough with the job they provide.

R'Montay & Starling are the absoulute best leasing agents I've worked with & they are very attentive to their residents and our needs. They were able to expedite my move in and accommodate me which made me feel very vauled as a resident. The overall building is very well maintained, and maintenance is always on top of their work orders (usually 24 hour or less turn around time). The elevator has been down twice since I moved in here BUT it has always been fixed the same day & the elevator around... the corner is always working. I haven't had any issues with trash compactors, I was a little worried because its in the hallways but never overloaded or anything like that. Neighbors and neighborhood is VERY pet friendly and pick up after their dogs. Landscaping is done regularly and the maintenance in the building overall (hallways, amenities, elevators) are VERY well kept. I am so happy I chose pratt park and I love it here! The leasing agents actually make the experience 100% better knowing they actually care.
