long term tenant, Love it here

I have lived here for 8 years and I love this building. I have a good relationship with the manager, who lives on site. The owner is understanding and as responsive as possible (they have more than one building and a young family.) This is a "mom & pop" management company, it's not a corporate Realestate situation. I prefer a more personal experience with landlords. They are so understanding.
The neighborhood is very central and everything is within walking distance, as well as great access to...
transit. If you're an active person you can easily walk down to the amazon campus, or to pike place/westlake downtown area. Most of the apartments are newly updated, for an old brick building it has a lot of advantages over others like it; things such as nice windows! And a cleaning service that tends to the common spaces weekly.

Terrible management company, avoid.

useless and cheap management that have no website or business profile listed publicly....that's because they don't want people to find out about the long wait times for repairs, the hidden charges and costs, unprofessional excuses and tenant intimidation. It was clearly once a nice building, but is falling into disrepair due to this shameful company. The rent is low for the area for a reason. AVOID.
