Feels like home!
I love my apartment. The floors are beautiful, the layout is perfect and the amenities are ideal. I love the rooftop garden in the summer afternoons. It awesome to have parking onsite and an in-unit washer and dryer. The building is super well-maintained and quiet. My neighbors are friendly and there are a lot of dog friends for my dog too. It's secure and I feel safe.
The thing I love most though is the office staff. They are helpful and friendly and make me feel seen, heard, and taken care of... . The one time I had a maintenance issue, they fixed it within the hour. One time, one of them helped me push my car when it stalled in the garage. They always have a smile and a wave for me and even offer my dog a cookie when he visits the office.
I am new to Seattle, and a long way from my friends and family. It's really nice to be able to see friendly, helpful faces when I come home.

Excellent Place to Live
I love living at The Central. So close to Capitol Hill but also removed enough to be a quieter and slower pace. The apartment has great amenities with parking and storage you can rent. The management team is amazing, communicative, and friendly. The maintenance staff is so helpful and responsive. I love living here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-maintained building in a great location.

Excellent Place to Call Home
I love living at The Central. I have been here for four months and had no issues. The management is communicative whenever building updates are needed (paint touch ups, etc.), very friendly, and helpful. The commodities are so nice. The maintenance staff is unmatched and so responsive! The building is quiet and well-maintained with parking and storage units available to rent. So close to so many things and a lovely view too!

Great place to live
The Central has been a great place to live. I originally picked it because the area looked good, seemed safe, and was the only place in my price range with the amenities I wanted. I totally lucked out, because it has a great location, staff and maintenance, and more. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and it's walking distance to 4 grocery stores (!!!).
My cat and I are very happy here.

Excellent maintenance and office teams
We love living at The Central Apartments. The apartments have a premium feel with luxury vinyl flooring (wood plank appearance) atop solid concrete floors, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counters. There's even a nice community/party room and two rooftop decks!
The front office staff, management, and maintenance teams are excellent. They respond quickly and efficiently with a smile for any needs at move-in or needs that arise with maintenance.
We like the location, which is walkable to... all that Capitol Hill has to offer, and situated at the heart of the Central District's amenities. In or near the building are a post office, coffee shops, and restaurants/bars. There's a PCC market and All The Best Pet Care across the street. Easy to get to downtown by walking or taking one of the bus lines that run down Union or 23rd Ave.
