Looks can be deceiving
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood (for the most part), newer building, close to Cap Hill nightlife, locked mailroom, nice rooftop, and a grocery store across the street.
Cons:
Management is hard to get a hold of. Sometimes it would take them weeks to respond. They don't do anything about complaints, just send mass emails telling everyone to be nice to their neighbors.
Noise is a big problem. Walls are paper thin and windows open towards other units, you hear pretty much everything. Not much insulation... from the outside either. Alleyway is very noisy. I constantly heard people from neighboring apartments, engines revving, yelling, arguments, dumptrucks, etc. It makes it very hard to enjoy the fresh air when it's nice out.
Amenities are non-existent other than the mailroom and rooftop.
It's a nice building on the outside but I had no idea what I was walking into. I moved into this apartment from out of state solely because it was the cheapest apartment I could find and they had a nice move-in special. Not the worst place I've lived, but certainly not the best.
In my opinion, these apartments are overpriced for what you get. Just know you are paying for the location more than anything else.

Just not worth it
Super overpriced with paper thin walls, can hear everything around you. The management is nonexistent, they are super friendly and helpful but once you move in it’s hard to get in contact with anyone. Will be moving right when my lease is up!

Horrible place
I used to live here and let me tell you. When my lease was over it was such a blessing to get out of this place. Place is way overpriced for what you get. There is no oven, dish washer, or garbage disposer. The walls and floors are almost non existent. You can hear the slightest movements and people talking. There was so many times i couldnt do my laundry because they were all taken or broken. Packages have been stolen twice and they do nothing about it. People smoking weed on the stairs and... roof all the time and the smell comes into your studio. I am more then sure they are also doing heavier drugs. The front door and back gates were broken for months and months at a time. Maintenance would not respond for weeks to maybe a month, and to make it worst, would come and not even fix the issues and give you lame excuses to why he couldn't fix it, so i would have to fix the problems myself. Parking can get really bad at night. You would have to park really far away and spend a lot of time looking for a spot.

Don't move here
Walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear everything. Fridge has broke and leaks water and maintenance literally did nothing about it, and i had to fix it myself. Neighbors are the worst here. Neighbors here are sooooo loud and management does nothing about it, laundry machines are broke and leaks water and smells, found drug needles on property, back door is broken so u have to walk around, and people do weird sfuff like leave their garbage bags outside there doors and leave laundry in the... dryers for days and management does nothing. Don't move here. Hands down the worst place i have ever lived.
