Stay away

This place is an absolute hell hole, and if the gross, dingy, old, and dark (absolutely no natural sunlight in most of the building) apartments aren’t enough to keep you away, read on. Firstly, the management here will not give you the light of day. In my year here we have had at least 4 different property managers, making it impossible to get anything done here! They will not respond to maintenance requests, emergency calls, or texts, so maybe a bad review will catch their attention. As if... metropolitan management isn’t enough, the residents and neighbors make it awful. In the past year I’ve dealt with people sleeping and pissing in the hallways, a resident who has lived here for several years absolutely bumping loud dance music at all hours, ratty barking dogs, people trying to break in to apartments through the back windows, and the absurdly loud noises coming from the Amazon grocery store across the street. The shining light was the fact that this place is dirt cheap, but they are upping rent by at least $400 in the next term. Please run from this apartment building
