HIGHLY recommend!!! great management, beautiful units

I moved here for a job I had for 6 months in Seattle from Texas. The complex was so clean, secure, and just such a great environment to live in. Units are such high quality construction and VERY sound proof, which I highly valued and wanted when i was looking for a place. I rented this place sight unseen, and I was so happy with it. It's a block from the grocery store, from the park and all the Capitol Hill boutiques and restaurants, but its right off the main street so you don't get random loud... noise. It's also across the street from the light rail which is so great for anyone who needs the train to get to work. I would move back here in a heartbeat! Loved calling this place home. Also, the management would service my maintenance requests literally within a couple of hours. so awesome!

Walls are thin as paper

You'll never get a good night's sleep. You constantly hear your neighbors and stomping above you. It's a cheap building. Save your sanity elsewhere.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSW!!!! RUN AWAY FAST AS YOU CAN

Things change the moment you begin living there. Oh and you'll never have a restful sleep because the walls are so thin.

- Homeless people chill at the front of the building, causing break-ins.
- This place is run by part-time college students who don't care about your requests or concerns.
- Packages get stolen because they're laid out for anyone to take.
- Hallways smell horrible.
- Noisy neighbors hence the thin walls, good luck sleeping.
- Management will throw in sneaky charges for...
everything.
- Speaking of management, they could care less about you and your living situation. Bad attitudes.
- They'll tell you the internet is free but they charge you $30 a month.
- Expensive utilities, expect over $100 a month including a $50 sewer charge from the utility company...

Probably the worst management company to exist in Seattle. You have to be daring to live here. You've been warned.

Take your sanity elsewhere.

Worst property in Capitol Hill

This is really the worst experience I have had with a management company. They overcharge for everything and do not take care of the property. The trash room is always overflowing, the hallways smell terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to live.
