Would NOT recommend living here

There are definitely better places to live in the Tukwila area. I lived here for 5 months and decided to break my lease and move for a number of reasons. The staff are very nice people but they lack any initiative to solve problems or follow through with promises. I had extremely loud and disruptive neighbors above me and next to me, so I complained 6 or 7 times via email to my landlord with video evidence and nothing was ever done about it. In addition, we were promised screens for our windows... and they attempted to provide but got the wrong size and still have not provided proper screens. They also promised increased security around the property in the form of security doors, which never happened. Also, my apartment was a decent half newly renovated apartment but I had a severe ant problem stemming from the old tile floor separating from the baseboards. I submitted a work order for that and never got a response. Finally, before moving in I wasn't familiar with the area and I wish I would have done my research because I did not feel safe being in or leaving my apartment at night. The only slightly positive thing I could say about this place is that they allowed me to pay prorated rent for breaking my lease, but they still made me pay back the free month of rent that they gave me when I signed and then some in addition to the prorated rent to move out. Simply poor management and not worth what you pay. Do your research and spend your money elsewhere!

Worst Apartment

They’ve changed the name of apartment Tukwila station apartment. This is one of a worst apartment in the universe. It used to be way better with previous owner. Now it’s owned by new owner. Maintenance service is very very poor and the new lady manager is super lack of management knowledge and also seems like she really don’t know about property management and how do deal with her customers.

terrible

Got new managers 2018. They were letting our mail & rent get stolen from laundry room for over a month & didn’t do anything about it until finally they decide to just take out our mailboxes so we got to go all the way to the post office to get our mail. Now they wanna put a lock on it so we cant even wash clothes (which they should’ve done when our mail was getting stolen). They start working on my balcony and dont finish it and leave it loose where it could fall over and my child could fall off... with no note or notice that it isnt even finished or saying not to lean on the railing. They’re never here and don’t answer the phone so any problems we have aren’t being solved.

Horrible apartments

the apartments are horrible, they don't fix anything at all. they are moving in all of their family. We asked to use the Cabana its not available because its full of their junk. some of the interior doors previously had holes and they just used the tape to match the door color over the caulk to cover it up. the apartments have roaches and bed bugs that they "spray" for monthly and nothing helps. you never see them around until the beginning of the month. They are horrible apartments. they need a... better management team. They are not professionally run at all.
