No AC

You can rent portable ACs but it's not built in, not efficient, really hot. On the 7th floor, many tenants keep their doors to the hallways open in the summer to cool their units down.

Great building and location

Lived here for 1.5 years, and no major complaints. Management and the cleaning staff are very responsive and friendly. Building is nice and modern and in a really nice location if you take public transit. The gym is large and usually pretty quiet, and you have a great view from the roof (you can watch the fireworks at the Space Needle on New Years and 4th of July!). Also, the walls seem to be pretty sound-dampening because I've never had any issues with loud neighbors.

The few cons I can think...
of are it does get quite hot, and I'm on one of the lower floors. The parking garage is also pretty tight if you have a larger car, and parking in the area is a little difficult because of the high school and people are often dropping off/picking up others from the link station. Overall though it's been a great experience though and I definitely would recommend living here!

Great community spaces!

The gym is AMAZING! Has 2 peloton bikes, a yoga/pilates area, and all the basics you would need to get in a good gym workout. The roof also has tons of different types of furniture and fire pits to fit any type of event you might hold. As for the apartment, my studio is pretty efficiently organized with tons of cabinet space, high shelving above the bed for storage, and it evens has a washer/dryer. It faces west and has gorgeous sunset views! I've had nothing but positive interactions with... management as well!
