This room for rent is in a large 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor apartment with new paint and new... flooring. Each bedroom has its own entrance and private bathroom. All other common areas in the apartment are shared - large living room, spacious kitchen, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by single-family homes near the Garland District. Less than 15 minutes to Whitworth University and less than 10 minutes to Gonzaga. Only 1 other woman lives there. We are looking for a female tenant to rent 1 bedroom. Each tenant pays for electricity usage (variable) + $55/mo for water, sewer, and garbage. No pets.

Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent.
