Fantastic aesthetic, convenient location

I've lived in the building with one roommate and a cat for nearly a year now and this has been a wonderful place to call home. The hardwood floors are wonderful and the historic nature of the building makes it super quirky and interesting. Management (Red Rock, as of a few months ago) has always been kind and respectful to us, and have responded quickly if we experienced problems. The downtown space is fun and the building is right across from Lewis and Clark High School as well as being a 10... minute walk to Riverfront Park. Parking is good and the neighbors all tend to be quiet. We've never had any issues. I have gotten a few emails from management within the last few months noting that teens were getting into the building/hanging out on the steps, and someone's bike was stolen from the basement. So, as expected in an ancient apartment downtown, security is a bit iffy. But we have never had any issues ourselves.
