even old but still good
My mother-in-law had lived there for 20+years; unfortunately, last November she passed out...We used to visit her every week and saw how wonderful place was her apartment...yes, it was old style, but clean and still good place to live...the outside environment is so quite and beautiful, especially on Spring season...Lots of trees and flowers, green grass is like a thick huge rug...My mother-in-law liked to walk around and admired the nature. I really recommend these apartments to someone who... like quite and not expensive place to live...
P.S. By the way, if there is a problem in the unit, the office staff is always there to help. Just ask.

Wonderful grounds, old apartments
Everything old in apartment - appliances, carpet, flooring, fixtures. Won't update anything. Haven't seen air conditioning. Lots of smokers in parking lot. Manager not always empathetic that tenants are older and issues associated with that.
