Great location, staff and apartment

I love my apartment here at Pacific Arbor. My living room is huge and I can walk across the street to CrossFit and the animal rescue petting zoo. Perfect location. Quiet, respectful neighbors.

Never again

Wife and I had the most horrible experience when we moved out. Didn't even get a notice in the mail because they can't even get the correct address. After 2 months moving out they send us to collections didn't bother to call. They messed up our new address, and we got blindsided. Then looking at the paperwork noticed that things just didn't add up, definitely calling better business Bureau and renters Association. My opinion don't live here or at any Apartments this company owns ....

We do apologize for any negative experience you felt you experienced at our property. Please know that management diligently educates residents on the charges that they "can" anticipate charged against their deposit. These charges can include but not... be limited to: refurbishment and cleaning based on the condition in which the home was returned to us. We do a documented inspection when a resident moves in. Upon move out, another inspection is done. We always take pictures of the condition that the homes are left in to justify any charges. When any resident vacates, the burden of providing accurate information so that the final move-out paperwork can get to them quickly, is left to the resident. Once the paperwork is processed outside of the leasing office, we have no knowledge or participation in the collection efforts. Again, we are sorry for the trouble you feel you have experienced over the unresolved balance upon moving out our community. You are welcome to contact us directly should there be any further unresolved issues that you have pertaining to your past residency at Pacific Arbor.
