Just right!
If you are here to go to school at University of Washington Tacoma, Court 17 is your best bet. The staff are always happy to help, the floors are quiet and clean, and the student housing is at an all-inclusive price. Students on the 3rd to 5th floor are surprisingly friendly and respectful, and of course you can expect to be invited to a random party and meet new people! On top of that, resident assistants never bother you honestly, and they really aren't out to get you to do things, which is a... definite bonus. The view on the west side of the building is gorgeous with the Narrows Bridge, downtown Tacoma, and hello-- Mt. St. Helens. You can expect to gasp every clear evening.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE DOWNTOWN
This place is awesome! The staff are wonderful! LOVE COCO AND MARK AND JORGE AND WYATT!
These guys make it great to live here.
So convenient to everything, and its urban living at its finest.
