Terrible Place To Live

My experience at The Farmstead apartment was incredibly disappointing. The management is exceptionally unprofessional, and parking is consistently problematic. When my car was vandalized by a vehicle that had been parked next to mine for a week, the management failed to address the issue. They didn’t take any steps to investigate or identify the owner of the offending vehicle, leaving me with a $500 repair bill. Additionally, the hallways are constantly dirty, despite charging a trash fee that’s... supposed to cover garbage pickup. Instead, this fee only seems to make the hallways smell worse. The disregard for tenant concerns and overall negligence make this place a regrettable choice. Avoid The Farmstead if you value proper management and cleanliness.
