Do not rent from them!!!
I move in September 2021. I did not see the place that was my fault but was because of Covid. I went and bought some furniture from Ashley furniture bcausw I did not have any of my own and at the time was taking months to be delivered due to shortages and not enough workers and material delays. Low and behold it didn’t fit. I need up being forced to sign a new lease in April when the market was so bad and only had 7 days to decide. I was later told I could request a lower unit so I could have my... couch fit. I was told I would have to pay $500 to break my current unit and then would have to put another $500 deposit down on the new unit if plus the application fee. They didn’t want to help me so I went looking for a new place and found what I was looking for with a new property management. I was told I would have to put in for a 60 day notice and pay the $500 to break the lease. After leaving and paying for capers to be cleaned and spending 6 hours cleaning the unit to perfect condition, my account was placed to full Septembers rent when the new tenant was moving in sept 6th. How can I pay a full months rent when the new person has to pay some rent. You getting double rent!? If the Lear says I am only liable until the new person moves in how does that cover all of September. I’m confused?? These people are crooked. After I paid the 500$ to get out and all of July and august for the 60 days it’s not my fault you claimed you needed to do some maintenance so that the new person couldn’t move in until September 6th. That’s not my faults I was out Aug 15th. So do not rent from them. They only want your money and don’t care about their tenants.
