Great location, right off of HWY 51 for easy access to Madison. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Quick-responding and nice managers and maintenance requests. I have a good view. A community area or gym would be a nice addition.

The landlords here at Beartree are lovely. They feel more like family than money hungry landlords. I feel like they sincerely care about the property, the individual apartments, and the family of tenants that live here. I think that they are proud of the Beartree property that they represent.

It's one of the best places we've ever lived at! Staff are tentative about any issues that arise, making the move-in process easy for us. The dog park on location is extremely beneficial to our pups and allows them to socialize with other dogs. The area is perfect as it is so easy to access all of Dane County but also has that small-town feel.

Nice community, beautiful townhouses. Quiet and clean. Well maintained with mowing and snow removal. Has small dog park. Management is ok but is attentive.

I LOVE this place. The management is amazing, they stay on top of things and fix issues with haste. If they ever made my apartment a condo, I'd buy it in a heart beat!
