Was a great apartment for my Mom
Stacee the manager is wonderful to work with. The apartment is very nice, and the underground parking is a nice perk.

Poor Management
Management lost my papers stating I was going to be moving out and then proceeded to charge me for the apartment after I moved out. After speaking to upper management about this, they told me that it’s okay and they’ll remove the charges. I then get a letter from a collection agency months later and have been dealing with it since. I’ve called management so many times and they are incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Just like they were the whole time I lived there.

Amazing Apartments
Wonderful company. They build amazing apartments and hire very nice apartment managers and maintenance staff. We appreciate living in one of their communities.

Great People Make A Great Community
Lived here with my girfriend but had to move out early because of a job transfer. I wish I was back at Honey Creek. Great people managage this place. No complaints here. Pool was awesome in the summer. Underground parking was a necessity for the cold winters. Pet friendly apartments. I walked my dog on the winding trail through the tall grasses. He met many friends along the way. If I move back to Wisconsin, I would love to reside again in this community.

Great People Make A Great Community
Lived here with my girfriend but had to move out early because of a job transfer. I wish I was back at Honey Creek. Great people managage this place. No complaints here. If I move back to Wisconsin, I would love to live again in this community.
