they are unprofessional in how they talk to people . they have to knowledge of customer service and answering questions in a professional manner . Quiet neighborhood close to the cities and close to out of town. Management is quick to respond to a problem or to help you out with helping to hang things in your apt. Outside is nicely kept in summer and in winter the snow is removed promptly.
