Property Managers are Incompetent
Peregrine Terrace apartments for the first 3 months living at the property provided intermittent/no internet and took multiple phone calls from us to force a repair. Not only that, in the last 2 months we had a maintenance request for locks not working that went without any communication on what was happening with our issue. So out of 12 months of residency 5 months were plagued with maintenance issues that property management continued to refuse to communicate with us on. Not only that, the... issue with the lock was still ongoing when we moved out.
To better serve our needs CapVest could have been proactive with communication on the status of maintenance issues and actually ensured that our unit was able to be securely locked.
CapVest could never compensate me enough to recommend someone that I hate to subject themselves to the poor management and communication from the property management. I can not fathom how anyone can bear to renew a lease with CapVest having lived under them for a year.
