    Great location, good space

    The 1BR apartments at 518 are small-ish but having all utilities included and an overall low rent makes smaller living worthwhile. Being right downtown has great perks too. Pretty much everything Madison has to offer is walk-able from the University events, to the Farmer's Market and both lakes. McBride is very responsive when it comes to maintenance requests as well.
