Long time tenant

I've been here 7 years. Would be staying longer if not for a job opportunity in another state. Very affordable by Madison standards, with internet included in rent, a large storage space, and laundry room in the basement. Off street parking is nice, and is within walking distance to Willy St. Coop, Northside Farmers Market, and Warner park. If you travel a lot, it's also nice to be just a $6 cab ride to the airport and to not have to pay for parking.

A Wonderful Place to Rent

This is my first year here and the staff is quite helpful! If you have any questions, they promptly respond. As well, the studios are spacious and the complex is peaceful. I would recommend to check out Londonderry Lofts that are about a 15 minutes drive from downtown Madison!

I love Northshore Rentals!

I am very grateful to have found such a nice place to call home at Londonderry! I am going on my THIRD year here and I have never been happier. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and always respond very quickly. They have gone over and beyond many times and no past rentals compare to the royal treatment I receive from Northshore Rentals. I love my studio layout and spend a lot of time in the beautiful backyard. I feel very safe here and the free internet is an added bonus. ... Thank you Londonderry for everything! Sarah Ann
