A wonderful place to live

There's a reason I lived here for 4 years! This was such a great place to live. Brenda is an amazing owner - she's great at quickly communicating with you about any issues, and we seriously never waited more than half a day to have our maintenance requests fulfilled. Although the building is on the older side, the apartments are nice, & Brenda works to update things often. Over the years we got a whole new bathroom as well as new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove). The rent is quite... reasonable for the location, which is also great - right next to Sequoya Commons, a mile from Hilldale Mall, and just a couple miles from downtown. Westmorland Park is right down the road, and it's also not far from the bike path. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Brenda!!

Great Apartment: Staff and Location are Perfect!

Going on my 4th year at Midvale Heights. We couldn't be happier with our experience moving here right after college. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are well kept and clean, and the location is great for those who want to get out of downtown and remain 10 minutes away.

Highly Recommended!

Good apartment with great management office

I rented a one room den apartment at Midvale Heights, right from the beginning the property manager Brenda was very helpful. Approval of application was fast, service/repair in apartment was quick. Overall a great experience. Also, had to move out earlier then end date, Brend helped with the sublet as well.

Not a bad starter apartment

The rent is low enough to make this a pretty good value. The manager, Brenda, is hard to get a hold of in person, but when you contact her via email or phone she's usually pretty responsive. The location is pretty nice. It's centrally located to most of the stuff you would want on the west side and it's easy enough to get downtown. The walls are really thin though, you'll hear your neighbors whether you want to or not.
