Check EVERYTHING before moving in + 2-3 month waiting time for maintenance

Lived here for what will be 2 years and will not be renewing.

When we moved in, our toilet wasnt working and we had to no be fully moved in for another week.

A year in we found that the vents have tons of mold in them and they spread to the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance took 3 months to fix that issue, and the vents still have mold in them.

Neighbors moved in and were nice, except for they had to move out less than a month later due to a roach infestation that wasn't taken care of before... they moved in.

If it weren't for these issues, this place would be nice, but it's gotten really bad this past year. Look somewhere else.
