So expensive & not worth it
This place advertises that it is luxury but there is nothing luxury about it. There is no gate, so random people walk around up there. The pool is always broken and never opens on time. The gym is trash, and the treadmills are always broken. The apartments are NOT soundproof at all and you can HEAR/SMELL everything all around you. Also, packages get stolen all the time cause UPS/FedEx don't like to deliver to the correct apartment. I lived there for 2.5 yrs and never caused any problems, kept... the apartment clean (with my own efforts), and they still did not give me back my security deposit. Don't live here. Prive is crazy high for this location and lack of amenities.

Maintenance of these amenities is crucial to us; Not only have we added a brand-new additional gym to the property, but we have a dedicated maintenance team who work diligently to keep all our facilities in top condition, and we are confident in their track record.
