Patriot Meadows or Use to Be broadway gardens
One star not kid friendly outdated and poor management and maintenance. Parking lot floods and neighkors have no respect. If you report anything you’ll go in circles until you decide to move out.

USE EXTREME CAUTION
Management is almost non existent and makes promises they don’t keep, maintenance is very poor and cheaply done or not at all, water leaks, windows and doors in poor condition, there’s mold in the air vents, and other areas, no regular pest control, a lot of empty apts. move in /out sorta thing... STAY WAY IF YOU ENJOY YOUR HEALTH

I am very sorry you had a bad experience with Broadway Gardens, Currently we have a wonderful new manager who is highly experienced. Our maintenance team works very hard to make sure the units look great and all issues are resolved in a timely manner... . We are currently renovating several units so they will remain vacant until the units are ready. We test the units regularly and there are no issues with mold. New Home
I have just moved into this property and I have great things to say. I looked for months to find a clean and safe place to rent and I was so excited when I drove down Broadway Ave. The units here at Broadway Gardens are beautiful. The property is safe and well kept, the management is wonderful and very friendly. You can tell that the owners truly care about the residents as things are fixed promptly and efficiently. I tell everyone I know about my new home.
