There is a third room in the back of the house that could be used as a storage area, pantry, or mud room next to the utility room. Utility room includes another larger closet, washer and dryer hook up, and hot water tank. There is currently a washer and dryer in the unit that can remain or be removed if renter brings their own. They come as is and will not be replaced once they are in no longer working condition. There is one parking spot/driveway in front of the property along with on street parking as well.
