Medicore apartments with poor policies
The apartments are about what you would expect for the price. The problems are with with their policies. I have never made a late payment ever in my almost 2 years living here. I even had signed up for autopay to insure my rent was paid on time each month. Apparently it did not go through this month. This was not due to lack of funds and my bank confirmed no charge attempt was even made. I received a call today saying my rent was late. I paid it right away. I was charge 140 dollars in fees which... is 20% of my monthly rent for autopay not working correctly.. I called to ask about this and was told those are the fees, completely dismissed and the conversation was ended.
