These apartments were “renovated” right before I moved in. I’ve been here 9 months and have had to submit 20+ maintenance requests because the poorly done, cheap renovations can’t hide the buildings’ age. Bug problems, water leaks (ceiling, under sinks, up through floor boards, you name it), doors aren’t sealed well (even after maintenance “fixes” it). Not nearly worth the price

I lived in this complex for 3-4 years and would not recommend.
Buildings are old, originally built in the 1960's and 70's. Ownership has changed hands several times over the past several years and money has been invested in lots of external cosmetic updates. However, The inside of the buildings are still full of water damage from years of unfixed plumbing issues. They just pull the old "landlord special" and cover it with a coat of paint.
The larger of the two swimming pools (the one that… isn't visible from the leasing office) is rarely open in the summer because it is filled with green algae.
Staff in the leasing office is not very responsive to phone calls or emails. Maintenance staff will often "take a look" at a problem, but rarely care to fix anything. Read More

I never realized how important good management was when renting until now. They are always overcharging me. They gave me a weeks notice that I'd have to move in to another apartment due to renovations. These renovations have been going on for a year. This place is an absolute nightmare.
