LOL don't waste your time
Since I've moved in I have had many many issues. Maintenance has done what they can do but simply put I am tired. Can you imagine coming home checking to make sure there's no water leaking out of something? Or roaches crawling on the walls or on your stove top? Or that gnats haven't taken over your bathroom? Or even getting ready for a funeral and as you're about to leave there's a leak, you call the office no one answers, you go into the office and the only thing the person in there has to say... is "did you put in a work order? The maintenance team is on call"? Sounds ridiculous right? That has been my reality since I've moved into this complex in July. They lie, are rude and don't care. Literally pick anywhere else. The second my lease ends I'm leaving
