Avana Coronado - it is an older community which means you get some quirks, it is a safe, clean, and well maintained community. The apartments are roomy and the layout is balanced. I enjoy/ed my time at this community and the people who live here.

Great location, convenient and clean and quiet. Active staffs and top notch amenities. Application and approval was made easy as well as all the leasing procedures. Aside the pleasant location, quietness and convenience, the staffs are great, the apartment complex is always clean and neatly maintained. The amenities are great and the inside of the apartment is a top notch.

I love living here. The community is people everyone at the desk has been so helpful to both me and my wife. Very nice and calm. Reasonable prices and great amenities what else can you beat? Also great community events as well
