Maintenance was fast and left everything clean when he was done. Jim was here fixed the problem and all within an hr of me putting in my request.

The office staff is awesome. The property looks a lot better than it did when AMC had it. BUT sometimes I think their hands are tied by Greystar corporate. Like paying for a landscape maintenance company that will do "whatever it takes" instead of just mow, blow and go.
