The office staff is awesome. The property looks a lot better than it did when AMC had it. BUT sometimes I think their hands are tied by Greystar corporate. Like paying for a landscape maintenance company that will do "whatever it takes" instead of just mow, blow and go.

This is a great community with great office staff and a great maintenance team. It has been a work in progress. Lived here for 9 years and the last few years have been great.
