Great place to live! Leasing office is super friendly and will respond to your emails in a timely manner. Maintenance is friendly, as well. Craig is by far the nicest person.

I have two coworkers who live here who recommended Genoa Lakes to me. I toured many communities and they were unmatched to what Genoa Lakes has to offer. The upgrades, the upkeep, the amenities and friendly staff. This is where I am calling home.

This is a great community to reside in. The office is amazing staff and very friendly and welcoming! The grounds are always cleaned everyday and the pool is only shut down if immediate clean is necessary, other wise it's very clean, unlike most other apartments.

I like living here. Neighbors are nice and are close to most stuff. There's a pharmacy and grocery store near by. Property is well kept. Very quiet area.
