The ladies in the front office are so kind and helpful, the community and shared spaces are kept very clean we can't wait to spend many years here

I love it here!! Very nice neighbor's, it’s quiet, very respectful. Everyone that I have see my place says they love it!! The waterfall and lakes are so pretty, I love the update texts that I receive from the main office about events that are taking place and everyone who works here is so nice and friendly.

Excited to be moving in! Been an easy process so far. I enjoyed touring the community and it made me happy to be living there soon! Definitely looking forward to it

Way too expensive, so many additional fees, repairs are done cheaply and poorly, you can tell they’re trying to save every dollar they can, complex is quiet and nice being peaceful most of the time, however, it’s a pretty cheap way of living while paying way too much. They definitely need to update a lot and the correct way instead of trying to patch over things making it seem like it was done properly until you really see the details and realize that it was improperly done. Such as swapping... appliances into different apartments, as if they are providing a nice replacement, or painting over things that should not be painted over, painting over bathtubs and showers improperly, outlets that don’t work Cable plugs that don’t work, pest control that isn’t really done, including somebody walking in for five seconds and leaving, the air conditioner units are so old they are louder than a train driving across your front doorstep, and any complaints that you make or concerns are pointless.
