Maintenance workers are very kind and respectful when they enter our home however I’ve had difficulties with the office on multiple things. I continue to live here only because I moved here 3-4 years ago so the prices didn’t increase as dramatically as the price of living skyrocketed during that time. Other than that I don’t recommend living here. The summers here are the worse.

I Love Where I Live

I love my apartment and my community!! I plan to keep Avana Tempe my home until I am able to buy a house of my own. The staff are friendly and the neighborhood is very fun :)

Home sweet home

I can honestly say that the team here is doing their best to create a welcoming and supportive environment. The staff is always kind, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making the community feel like home.

Tengo muchos problemas en el dpto.
No funciona la lavadora. El microondas
Hay cucarachas. No funciona la luz del closset

No funciona el triturador de alimentos.
La chapa se cayó . La secadora manchada con azul .
Notifique verbalmente no me atienen. Espere una semana
Envie un correo la semana anterior y no me atienden
