We are looking for a responsible individual to rent this furnished private room for either the summer session, fall semester, spring semester, or the academic school year (Fall & Spring Semesters). This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals.

Our fully furnished stand alone cottage is newly renovated and located in Northside of UC Berkeley Campus. It includes three beds and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Our modern cottage offers a spacious main room, kitchen, and one bathroom.

It is ideal for students of UC Berkeley and UCB affiliates, visiting scholars, scientists and researchers, professors, and working professionals. Available for Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters.

• The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Berkeley, close to shops, restaurants, 5-minutes walk from Downtown Berkeley Bart, and one block from UC Berkeley campus.
• The apartment is fully-furnished with a private bathroom
