I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The space is well-designed, comfortable, and always kept clean and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, and the management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Service stop when the lease is signed

As others have noted, the service seems to stop when the lease is signed. I also question whether calling the number in the management response helps anything, since I call that number and am also ignored

TERRIBLE

If i could give them 0 stars I would. This is sadly another high priced place in Berkeley that is all about their tenants at first but once they get your deposit (your $$$) they stop responding. And they blatantly ignore my emails for months with no response. I thought maybe this place would be worth it because its so close to Cal but you're better off renting an apartment in northern Berkeley or anywhere else honestly.
