Don’t just don’t

$350 holding deposit will not be returned. I asked their staff if I was not applicable, or found a new location during the process, if I would be refunded the holding deposit and was told yes. Now I am being told that I will not receive that deposit back because I did not respond to an email and they are keeping the 350….how is that okay.

Poor service, unprofessional, poor craftsmanship

Quality of service is poor. Unprofessional. Non-communicative. Poor craftsmanship.

When maintenance does work, they damage something else in the process. Then delay to respond.

Also, if you make a service request, they’ll ignore it and post that it’s been completed.

You get what you pay for and these guys are cheap.
