Moved over from the UK. The team at halcyon house are so patient and helpful through the whole process. Lived here for 2 months now and can’t fault it what so ever. 24 hour security, concierge is always so happy welcoming and helpful. Can’t see myself living anywhere else and would definitely recommend!

Halcyon House in Costa Mesa is an absolute gem! From the sleek, modern apartments to the incredible amenities like the pool and fitness center, it truly feels like a resort. The open floor plans are bright and spacious, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Plus, the location is unbeatable — close to shopping, dining, and the beach.
What really stands out is the sense of community. The management team is friendly and quick to address any needs. I feel right at home here and love the peaceful,... safe vibe.
I’ve been trying to convince all my friends to move here because it’s the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. If you’re thinking about moving to Costa Mesa, you won’t regret Halcyon House!

The only recent change I’ve noticed is that, for the first time in over two years, I’ve started hearing some sound/bass from a neighboring unit. While this hasn’t been an issue in the past, I trust that the management team will address any concerns if needed.
Overall, Halcyon House remains an incredible place to live, offering a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Costa Mesa!
